Nature gives us everything we need to live!
The Oise is a mosaic of sites dedicated to well-being: forests, gardens, natural areas, ponds and parks. Addresses to appreciate nature and to protect it, to rest in the heart of benevolent and revitalising places.
A break in nature and history
The Chaalis estate covers 1000 hectares of land, forests and ponds. Founded in 1137 by King Louis VI, this abbey became a place of residence, steeped in romanticism during the 19th century.
In the famous rose garden, perennials and roses are combined. Hellchores in February and March, clematis and irises in May, roses from June to November: each period of the year brings its own combination of flowers to this contemporary rose garden.

Château de Chantilly
A panorama of garden’s design
The park of the Château de Chantilly brings together several periods of creation: the French garden designed in the 17th century, the Anglo-Chinese garden at the end of the 18th century and the English garden at the beginning of the 19th century. It thus offers a unique testimony to the relationship between man and nature in the West for over three centuries.
Of all the gardens created by André Le Nôtre, the French garden at Chantilly was his favourite. The Anglo-Chinese garden reflects the taste of China that was very fashionable in the 18th century. The Anglo-Chinese garden is a counterpoint to the French garden and seeks to imitate the wild side of nature in order to exalt its poetry. A magical place that inspired Marie-Antoinette for her Hameau de Trianon.

A kitchen tribute to nature
Les Ferlempins is above all a vision of catering. Local sourcing to reduce the carbon footprint of our plates and refuse the standardisation of tastes proposed by industrial catering groups.
All the fruit, vegetables and herbs have grown under the Picardy sun and in the fields, a true testimony to the taste of our land. An authentic cuisine, the Ferlempins only use fresh products, received unprocessed.
