WE ARE FRENCH TOUCH 2023

 

On November 21, 2023, the French Touch movement established its presence in the heart of Paris at the Maison de la Mutualité. This marked the third edition of the WE ARE FRENCH TOUCH event, which aims to promote the French cultural and creative industries.

11月21日, FRENCH TOUCH 运动入驻巴黎市中心的Maison de la Mutualité,举办了WE ARE FRENCH TOUCH特别活动。这是第三届WE ARE FRENCH TOUCH活动,旨在推广法国的文创产业。

The French Touch movement serves as a source of inspiration and motivation, striving to elevate the cultural and creative industries in France. The event brought together established talents and promising start-ups from various domains such as fashion, film and audiovisual, video games, music, publishing, art, and heritage. The goal was to shape a dynamic future for France’s cultural and creative industries.

 

FRENCH TOUCH运动希望成为一个灵感和动力的源泉,旨在提升法国的文化和创意产业发展。该运动汇聚了来自时尚、电影与视听、电子游戏、音乐、出版、艺术和文化遗产等各个领域的知名专业人士和有前途的新秀。其目标是推动法国的文创产业,塑造一个充满活力的未来。

The aim of WE ARE FRENCH TOUCH was to shape the vibrant future of France’s cultural and creative industries. By combining entrepreneurial initiatives and artistic expressions, the event sought to create connections between all the players in the French creative sector. This event contributes to the development of these major industries in France and internationally by addressing their key challenges during multiple highlights.

 

WE ARE FRENCH TOUCH 活动结合了创业发展和艺术表达,促进了所有参与法国创意产业的利益相关者之间的沟通联系。通过讨论在文创产业的重要环节中的关键问题,WE ARE FRENCH TOUCH活动在推动法国和全球这些重要产业的发展中发挥着至关重要的作用。

Connecting

 

Entrepreneurs, artists, major companies, start-ups, students, and representatives of public authorities gathered together in one place for a vibrant and fundamentally joyful meeting.

Artist Pierre Blaise Dionet proposes an approach to music education that utilizes synesthesia(synesthésie), the ability to see music. This innovative method is combined with artificial intelligence to provide a unique learning experience. Through this approach, students can associate colors, shapes, and visual movements with musical sounds, which enhances their understanding and learning of music. This combination of synesthesia and artificial intelligence opens up new possibilities for music education and practice.

 

创业者、艺术家、大型集团、初创企业、学生和公共机构代表齐聚一堂,所有的参加者都进行了一次充满活力的交流和愉悦的分享。艺术家Pierre Blaise Dionet提出了一种利用共感觉(synesthésie)来学习音乐的方法。共感觉是指能够看到音乐的能力。这种创新的方法结合了人工智能,为学习音乐提供了独特的体验。通过这种方法,学生可以将颜色、形状和视觉运动与音乐声音相联系,从而增强他们对音乐的理解和学习。共感觉(synesthésie)和人工智能的结合为音乐教育和实践开辟了新的可能性。

Meeting

 

Exclusive meetings were organized in groups of 15 people with some of the top speakers or ambassadors of La French Touch. These meetings were an opportunity to exchange ideas with key figures in the Cultural and Creative Industries, and to address, in a restricted committee, their major challenges and discover their best practices. For example, Solenne Blanc, CEO of BEAUX ARTS & CIE, shared insights on how an iconic magazine has expanded its activities in the arts and culture field. Participants also had the chance to exchange their own experiences.

 

特别座谈会议以15人为一组,与文创产业的重要参与者进行对话,讨论文创产业所面临的主要挑战,并了解他们的最佳实践。例如,BEAUX ARTS & CIE的首席执行官Solenne Blanc分享了一本著名的杂志如何在艺术和文化领域扩展其活动的经历,与会者也都交流自己的创业体会。

Driven by a strong desire to promote French creativity in France and around the world, the We Are French Touch event is a tangible manifestation of this ambition and a source of inspiration. Hugo Sallé, responsible for development and communications of the Media Participation , had the following to say on the matter.

I’m delighted to be here. The Media Participations  has been a partner of We Are French Touch for many years. It’s an event that I really enjoy. Taking part in this event allows us to meet people working in a wide variety of cultural industries, some of whom we know well and some of whom we’re not so familiar with. It’s a time when cultural and creative issues raise many questions about the internet, artificiality, innovation and the liberation of certain genres and content. As a partner, it’s a breath of fresh air and a source of inspiration. Whether it’s the plenary sessions or the more private discussions, it’s an extremely rich and inspiring day.
